Even as a civilian, Meioh Setsuna is a woman who exists out of time. Although her "human form" began sometime during the present in order to complete her new mission, her other self "Sailor Pluto" is most likely still guarding the Time-Space door. After she had been reincarnated, it has been noted that she became stronger than before. Even though there is a lot of information listed for her in the materials collection and Naoko's notes, most of Setsuna's worldly desires are blotted out by her desire to become a strong senshi and to fulfill her duties. After Hotaru is born, she shows the small girl a lot of affection. She is very mature, and she is always there when the others need her. In the Stars Arc, she becomes the nurse for the Juuban district. Although she is a little strict with the students, she is still very popular with the children in ChibiUsa's and Hotaru's classmates.
The Soldier: Sailor Pluto; Super; Eternal
Sailor Pluto is a senshi who literally transcends time and space. When she is first introduced in the manga during the Black Moon Clan Arc, she nearly kills Sailor Moon; however, she stops just in time when Small Lady intervenes. She is the guardian of the Time-Space door and the keeper of one of the three sacred talismans, the Garnet Orb, which is on top of her Garnet Rod. Towards the end of the Arc, Pluto leaves her post in the hands of Diana to stop Demand's attempt to unravel the universe by making the Ginzuishous from the past and present touch. To do so, she sacrifices her life in order to stop time and to take the Silver Crystals. Neo-Queen Serenity revives Sailor Pluto, who reawakens in Tokyo, the present. She then becomes united with Sailor Neptune and Uranus, and try to stop the Death Busters. Sailor Pluto is also seen in the future once more, advising Neo-Queen Serenity about disturbances in the past. She is a dedicated senshi who gives everything for her duty.
The Past: Princess Pluto
A thousand years ago during the Silver Millennium, Princess Pluto had been chosen to be the guardian of her home planet, Pluto. When she was born, she was given the castle Charon by Queen Serenity. When she was young, she guarded the Time Space Door from intruders. But whenever she began to feel lonely, she would think about the Princess, and they would seem to feel comfort from a voice that would seem to say "it's alright." She also held one of the three talismans that were the key to destruction. Unfortunately, when chaos and disaster struck the Moon Kingdom, the three talismans called the soldier of silence, Sailor Saturn. However, she was not reincarnated with the other senshi because she was at her post in the 4th dimension.
