The Soldier: Sailor Cosmos
In the final act of the manga, Sailor ChibiChibi reveals herself to truly be Sailor Cosmos. At first, she was convinced that coming back to that time, that moment, would correct all of the mistakes she had made. There was too much bloodshed, pain and death in the future she belonged to. Weak, and still remembering that moment, she came back to the past to not only encourage Usagi, but to "fix" that mistake. The Sailor Quartet asks if Sailor Cosmos is Sailor Moon's ultimate form, but she reputes their claim, stating that Eternal Sailor Moon was the ultimate soldier. With renewed hope for the future, Sailor Cosmos undoubtedly returns to her true time to fight the Chaos of the future.
