Black Moon Clan

The Black Moon Clan, sometimes referred to as the Black Moon Family or NegaMoon Family (DiC), hail from 30th Century (the era of Crystal Tokyo). The tale begins with the chaos wrought by Wiseman, who is banished by Neo Queen Serenity to the tenth planet, Nemsis. Wiseman's evil reaches beyond the planet as he manipulates Crystal Tokyo's residents into treachery. Ultimately, he and the rest of the Black Moon Clan seek to abolish the abomination that is 30th century Tokyo, and to gain the Ginzuishou at any cost; even the time continuum itself as creatures of the future bleed into present day Tokyo.
