1. Design (2.5/10 points)
The layout this time is a slight improvement with the last. The colors are a bit better, and I can see that that the theme that you were trying for. The tiling on the background would have been better if it was seamless. Also, you cannot read the headers at the top of the page because of the tiling. The image of Neo Queen Serenity behind the links makes it harder to read and seems a bit distasteful. It is important to keep links easy to understand and easy to interact with. I still think it would have been better to have a more consistent layout, which is a personal choice. Furthermore, I noticed that all of the different text colors are still in place. To end on a positive note, all of the images were in working order.

2. Content (5/15 points)
Home: The only thing I have to note on this page is that you should only use one exclamation mark at most. Otherwise, I did not find any spelling or grammar errors.

About the Show: There are minimal spelling and grammar errors in this page still. Also, in the "First Season" paragraph, Makoto's NA Dub name is"Lita", not "Leita" and Rei's NA Dub name is spelled "Raye". (I do not know if that was a typo or not). Mamoru's last name is "Chiba".

Sailor Moon Facts: I also see that you have made corrections on this page. There are a few errors in Sailor Moon's statistics such as "abilities", "approximately", "height", "odango" and "meatball".

Sailor Moon Attacks: To have better consistency, it would be good if you made the pictures the same size. I also suggest that you re-arrange the page, since when you look at the 2nd attack, the 4th is beside it instead of the 3rd attack, which follows after the ones previously stated. There are a few spelling mistakes such as "crescent" and "Escalation" at the top of the page and "tiara" at the end of the page.

Inner Senshi Facts: On this page, "meatball" under Sailor Venus' stats was spelled incorrectly. Also, if you chose to have the different text colors for each senshi, it would be easier on the eyes if you made the text a darker shade of colors if they are on a lighter background.

Outer Senshi Facts: There are still a few grammar and spelling mistakes such as "guardian" and "distraction". I also think that you could have the same stats for each senshi. I still don't think that Sailor Pluto was officially appointed to be ChibiUsa's guardian, since she was originally meant to be the guardian of time, and then the keeper of the Garnet Orb. Overall, better use of color and organization could have been done to make this page flow better.

Star Lights, Tuxedo Mask,Chibi Chibi, and Princess Kakyuu Facts: There are still a few spelling mistakes on this page such as "guardian", "February" and "August".

Attacks of the Senshi: The organization of the attacks are a lot better this time, and I see that you also separated the anime and manga-only attacks. There are still a few more spelling mistakes on this page.

Sailor Moon Pictures, All Seasons: For this section, you can opt to make thumbnails for the pictures so that the page loads faster.

The Awards I've Won: For the links on this page (or any page for that matter), inside of the link tag, you can have target=new to make sure that your page isn't lost when they visit a new website.

Awards For You!: For this section, you can thumbnail the images, and then have the image on the left with the requirements on the right of it. You could also choose to have a text link to a preview of the awards.

The Truth of Chibi Chibi: There are quite a few spelling mistakes on this page. Just be sure to run it through a spell-checker. Just be sure to note that this is a work of fiction.

Fun Stuff: The quiz on this page was pretty enjoyable. But it is somewhat obtrusive to the rest of the site to have another window inside of the content; you can choose to have the quiz open in another window.

3. Originality (1.5/10)
The theme overall was a nice idea, but the design itself is a bit choppy and seems bland. The content itself is still general information that can be found on most sites. The most original part of this site was the quiz in the newly created fun section, followed by the short story in "The Truth of Chibi Chibi".

4. Technical tidbits (3.5/5 points)
This time around there was not any broken images, which is a huge jump. Also, I cannot stress how important it is to have your pages spell-checked though. I know it seems nitpicky, but I believe that this is very important. I also did not find any broken links. Another thing I would like to note that the overall organization of the content could be organized better by having images the same size. I also think it could "flow" better if for the stats and information, if you had the image on the left, and then information or stats on the right, for example.

5. Final Comments
Sailor Moon Crystal Power has made quite a few improvements from the last review; however, it still needs a lot of work and a lot more content in order to keep its visitors. It can still be more uniform and organized by following the suggestions already made. The best thing for this site would be to take some time to think of how to creatively present their information, and to create more content for this website overall.
